The reference document of the World Appeal to a new mobilization for Childhood was written by an international committee of experts based on reports of the situation of children in Africa, Asia, Latin America and Europe-CIS. It served as the basis for the writing of the Appeal.
It presents key issues regarding the situation of children in the world, identifies 10 priority issues and makes recommendations to all stakeholders to take action for children.
