Bice Board has issued a communiqué expressing its support for the resource mobilization of the Haitian people through regional networks engaged in this endeavor and in full respect of the cultural identity and the rights of every child.
Bice promotes the draft UN Declaration on Human Rights Education and Training
During the session of the UN Advisory Committee (25-29 January), Bice associated itself to a number of NGOs in offering comments to the Draft Declaration. Bice also organized and moderated a panel on this topic at the UN.
